Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Carefully place the unworn garments with original orchid-themed tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days of your request.

Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
